The Banquet note
Asia NOW’s twelfth edition occupies the Monnaie de Paris at 11 Quai de Conti from 20 to 24 October 2026, with an invitation-only VIP preview on 19 October. Founded under Claude Fain and directed by Alexandra Fain, the fair moved to the historic mint on the Seine in 2022 after earlier years at the Salons Hoche. Official ticketing copy describes around sixty galleries, institutions and foundations presenting more than two hundred artists from Asia and its diasporas. The 2026 curatorial frame, Sentimental Value, asks visitors to read objects through attachment, memory and inheritance rather than as a pure transaction floor. Day tickets list at €15 full and €10 reduced, with a three-day pass at €30 or €20; children under twelve enter free. Wednesday stays open until 21:00, the late look if your Grand Palais day is already full.
Keep Asia NOW on its own Left Bank block. Design Miami Paris opens the same week at L’hôtel de Maisons; Art Basel Paris fills the Grand Palais from 23 to 25 October, with invitation days on the 21st and 22nd and a public vernissage on the 22nd. Stacking Monnaie, a design mansion and the nave in one afternoon usually means you see none of them well. Pont Neuf and Saint-Michel Notre-Dame are the practical approaches along Quai de Conti. If your autumn starts in Hong Kong, M+ opens Myths and Monsters on 17 October; that museum morning pairs cleanly with a CDG departure into Paris week. Buy the day or three-day pass before you lock premium Grand Palais tickets.
Plan it well
Buy Asia NOW first if Monnaie is why you arrived early in the week. Give it a half-day, then keep Design Miami or Art Basel for a separate date. Stay on the Left Bank or near Pont Neuf. Confirm hours and the Weezevent link on asianowparis.com/information before you walk.
