Lung King Heen, on Podium 4, was the first Chinese restaurant in the world to hold three stars and is now listed at two. Non-hotel guests can still reserve it through the dining desk; from 1 January 2026 lunch has carried a published minimum spend of HKD 700 plus 10 percent service for guests 12 and over. Weekday lunch runs 12:00 to 14:30; weekend lunch starts earlier. Smart casual is required, with shorts and flip-flops barred for male guests from age 7.
