The Banquet note
CENTRESTAGE, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and sponsored by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency, returns for its eleventh edition from 2 to 5 September 2026 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Drive. HKTDC is talking about roughly 270 brands across six thematic zones. Korea is guest of honour for the first time, with Hi Seoul Showroom bringing a 12-label pavilion under a sustainability-led SEOUListic theme. Opening night on 2 September gives KIT WAN STUDIOS its first Hong Kong solo show, Mutant // Mythology; the Young Fashion Designers’ Contest closes the fair on 5 September at 19:30. Last September’s tenth edition remains the useful benchmark: more than 260 brands from 25 markets and more than 10,000 trade buyers from 91.
This year the fair sits inside the third Hong Kong Fashion Fest (1 to 14 September, Rhythm of the Heart), the first edition formally combined with CENTRESTAGE after the city festival moved from November. Next door, the Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair and Salon de TIME occupy the same building from 1 to 5 September. Pre-register on the HKTDC site, walk in from Exhibition Centre MTR Exit B3 or Wan Chai Exit A5, and keep Causeway Bay Fashion Fest satellites for a separate afternoon rather than stacking them into a buyer morning.
Plan it well
Stay in Wan Chai or Admiralty for the shortest walk to the halls; Central works if dinners matter more than early booth hours. Build Korea and Accessories appointments first, leave 5 September evening free for YDC if you care about local talent, and recheck hours and badge links on hktdc.com/event/centrestage before flying.
