The Banquet note
ART TAIPEI 2026, organised by the Taiwan Art Gallery Association, runs at Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall 1 from 30 October to 2 November, with SVIP and VIP preview windows beginning 29 October. The fair is Taiwan’s established autumn art-market gathering, distinct from the cancelled Taipei Dangdai 2026 hiatus, and remains the practical Xinyi appointment for galleries and collectors who keep Taipei on the regional circuit.
Stay in Xinyi for Hall 1 access and evening department-store or gallery stops. Pair one fair day with a National Palace Museum morning only if energy allows; otherwise keep the museum as its own trip. Confirm digital VIP registration and public hours on the official 2026 site before assuming walk-up entry.
