One Bryant Park
One Bryant Park is the kaiseki restaurant that opened on 15 October 2026 at 135 West 42nd Street, on the ground floor and lower level of the Bank of America Tower. The house lists 60 seats and a 20-seat cocktail bar, inside a floor of about 10,000 square feet that also holds Kumiko Room. Culinary director Tadaaki Ishizaki comes from Odo, the Flatiron kaiseki restaurant with two Michelin stars in the New York guide, and from Joël Robuchon's château restaurant in Tokyo. Those stars stay with Odo and chef Hiroki Odo. Executive chef Shuji Furukawa is credited by the house as the former executive chef of Restaurant Yuu, Gallery by Odo, and Kyo Ya. The site describes eight seasonal menus drawn from Japan's 72 microseasons. Grub Street reported the opening menus at $175 for five courses and $265 for eleven, both with a bread course from New York-born baker Daichi Ebato. The restaurant's publicity describes more than 500 wines and sakes. Restaurateur KwangHo Lee, who also runs Momoya, holds the project in his Listen & Feel group. Charlie Palmer Steak served its last night here on 29 February 2024. Book on Resy under One Bryant Park. Hours were not on the homepage on opening day, so read the booking page before you cross Midtown. Kumiko Room is a separate reservation at the same street number. Kappo Sono has announced this address and was not seating yet.
