China Tang Landmark
Fine Chinese dining on the fourth floor of Landmark Atrium in Central, co-founded by Dr. Peter Lam and the late Sir David Tang and opened in 2013. Executive Chef Menex Cheung (since 2019) leads a Cantonese kitchen with Beijing, Sichuan, and Shandong range; the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong and Macau 2026 awards the room its first one star after a 2025 refurbishment and menu reboot. Lunch typically runs noon–3:00 p.m. and dinner 6:00–10:00 p.m. daily; book by phone (+852 2522 2148) or WhatsApp (+852 5599 8129), smart casual dress, and confirm which Hong Kong China Tang you want if Harbour City was also offered.

While you're there
You are inside Landmark Atrium above Queen's Road Central. Arrive via MTR Central Exit G or Hong Kong Station Exit C, then ride up to 4/F; for harbour Cantonese another day, Lung King Heen at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is the IFC contrast. Confirm private-room needs when you reserve.
Pro Tip: Ask for the Landmark Atrium address when booking, not only "China Tang Hong Kong"; Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui is a different room, and taxi drivers will take you to whichever name they hear first.
- Best for
- A Landmark Central Chinese dinner after shopping or before Mid-Levels hotels.
- Pair with
- Harbour lunch another day at Lung King Heen.
- Season / timing
- Art Basel March and weekend dinners book first; weekday lunch is the easier entry.
