Design Miami Seoul
Design Miami’s second Seoul edition occupies DDP Design Lab during Frieze week, which is the collectible-furniture appointment if COEX is already full of paintings.

The Banquet note
Design Miami returns to Dongdaemun Design Plaza for a second Seoul edition, 31 August to 6 September, after last year’s first staging there. Hyeyoung Cho, again the curatorial director, has framed 2026 under Resonance, with Korean and international design galleries, institutional collaborations and talks inside DDP Design Lab, 281 Eulji-ro. The VIP hour is Monday midday. Public days run 10:00 to 20:00, Sunday to 18:00. Seoul Design Foundation is the local partner. Paris follows in October at Hôtel de Maisons; Miami Beach remains the December flagship.
Do DDP on Tuesday or Wednesday, before Frieze’s public crush, or on Sunday after COEX has closed. Monday’s VIP hour collides with Frieze’s Euljiro gallery night; Tuesday is cleaner if you have both invitations. Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station on Lines 2, 4 and 5 is the clean drop. Sleep in Hannam or Cheongdam if gallery nights lead; Jung-gu if you want the plaza at opening. A Frieze badge will not get you in. Buy on the DDP website rather than assuming the door. Early-bird general tickets stay at ₩20,000 through 31 August.
