Signiel Busan

Lotte Hotels’ second Signiel, opened 17 June 2020 on floors 3 to 19 of LCT Landmark Tower at 30 Dalmaji-gil, Haeundae. The tower is Busan’s tallest; the hotel holds 260 rooms, most with balconies looking over Haeundae Beach, Mipo Harbour, or Dalmaji-gil. HBA designed the interiors. The MICHELIN Guide lists the house at two Keys. Book through lottehotel.com/busan-signiel and confirm lounge access, spa hours, and whether your category includes Salon de Signiel. This is the Haeundae waterfront luxury stay, not a Centum City lobby. Busan Cinema Center at 120 Suyeonggangbyeon-daero and BEXCO sit a short metro or taxi hop along the same Haeundae-gu strip; do not treat the Outdoor Theater as downstairs. Jung-dong Station is the nearer rail mark; Gimhae Airport is a separate transfer. Festival week in early October fills Haeundae and Centum together. Use Signiel when you want a beach hotel and screening efficiency on the same line. If the Cinema Center is every night’s job, keep a car or metro buffer, not a sunset walk that eats the opening credits. Ask for a Haeundae-facing balcony if the water is the point of the stay. Premier and suite categories do not share the same lounge access. Nampo and BIFF Square are a separate evening, not a walk from LCT between films.
