House of Shinsegae occupies the link between the luxury hall and the JW Marriott Seoul lobby: a food hall and wine cellar from June 2024, and a mezzanine from 28 August 2024. The personal shopping room beside it is a lounge and four rooms, about 337 square meters. On the 2026 card it opens at Black Diamond: 120 million won in the prior year and 12 purchase days. At the 15:30 rate on 15 October 2026, 1,344.6 won per dollar, that is about $89,250. Diamond, at 70 million won and the same 12 days, does not book this room. Reserve in the Shinsegae app under VIP Room, then personal shopping service. A shopper is assigned when you book. The appointment covers fashion, cosmetics, and lifestyle goods. The store says the shopper will not buy on your behalf and will not run a food-hall grocery list. House of Shinsegae's posted dining hours are 10:30 to 22:00, last order an hour before close. The room follows the app. In 2023 the store passed 3 trillion won in transactions, and VIP purchases were 49.9 percent of them.
