Shilla Monogram Hanoi Westlake takes its first guests on 23 October 2026 at 6 Hoang Minh Thao in Starlake, the Daewoo new town west of West Lake. Hotel Shilla, a Samsung affiliate, operates this fourth Monogram, after Da Nang, Gangneung, and Xi'an. There are 319 rooms. The 258 Deluxe rooms are 42 square metres. Two Signature Suites are 142 square metres, so ask for those by name. The 13 junior suites are listed as city view only. If the lake is the point, confirm a lake view on a Deluxe, a corner suite, or a Signature. Rooms run from floors 23 to 34. The outdoor pool, Monogram Lounge, and Bar M are on 35. Dining M, the all-day restaurant, and Pastry M are on 2. JINJI, Korean and dinner only from 17:30 to 22:00, and HASUNGO, Chinese at lunch and dinner, are on 3. The grand banquet hall on 1 is 700 square metres. The hotel puts Noi Bai at about 25 minutes in clear traffic. The opening package, Hanoi First Monogram Moment, includes breakfast for two at Dining M, welcome drinks at Bar M, noon check-in, and a 2 p.m. departure. The release does not print a rate. While you're there
You are west of West Lake, on the Noi Bai side, in Starlake. Use the 35th floor for the pool and Bar M after a late landing. If dinner has to be a Hanoi tasting room, leave time to cross to the old city, and read The New Banquet: Vietnam before you book the taxi. A coast week can add Shilla Monogram Da Nang, open since June 2020.
Pro Tip: Ask for a Signature Suite by name if 42 square metres is too tight. There are only two, at 142 square metres, and the Deluxe inventory will be what the site offers first.
