Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur

Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, sits at Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088, between the flowering lawns of KLCC Park and the Petronas Twin Towers. The hotel's own pages treat a park view and a towers view as different rooms, and the Park View Suite is listed at 82 square metres, with a separate bedroom, a living room, and access to the MO Club. Ask which glass you are buying. A city-view rate can mean neither the park nor the towers, and you will notice only when the curtains open. Reservations run through mandarinoriental.com, by phone at +60 3 2380 8888, or by email at mokul-reservations@mohg.com. Dewakan, on the 48th floor of Naza Tower along Persiaran KLCC, is a short car if this dinner is the point of the night. The new Waldorf Astoria at 73 Jalan Raja Chulan, opening 30 October 2026, is the all-suite bed beside Pavilion. Sleep there when the evening is Bukit Bintang. Sleep here when the window has to include the towers, and confirm the live category before you treat any average rate on the site as the price you will actually pay. The hotel also lists two- and three-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes, which is the question to ask when the party is a family and the park is the point of the morning. A standard cancellation on the hotel's own page is generally a day ahead, often by 4:00 p.m. local time, or the night is charged. Read the rate you are actually holding.

While you're there

KLCC Park is the morning walk before the heat. Dewakan is a short car to Naza Tower. Suria KLCC is the mall under the towers once the rain has started, and it is a different errand from the museum at Lake Gardens.

Pro Tip: Say park or towers when you book. A city-view rate often includes neither, and the difference shows up only after you have paid.

Best for
