Dewakan

Dewakan is chef Darren Teoh's restaurant on level 48 of Naza Tower, in Skyviews at Platinum Park, 10 Persiaran KLCC, 50088. The Michelin Guide Kuala Lumpur and Penang 2026 keeps two stars for a third consecutive year and a Green Star with them. The menu stays with Malaysian ingredients, much of the larder fermented or dry-aged in the kitchen, and the dinnerware is made by local makers. Dinner is Monday to Saturday from 6:00. Sunday is closed. The early seating is strict: a six o'clock table has to be on time because the room is needed again at 8:45. Cancel inside twenty-four hours, or miss the table, and the restaurant may charge RM870 a person. Parties of six and more require a fifty percent deposit. The house says the length of the meal makes the room a poor fit for children. Book on dewakan.my. The reservation is the confirmation email, not the view from the lift. Mandarin Oriental, across the park, is the hotel if you want a short ride home. Beta, on Jalan Perak, is the one-star night you can walk from Bukit Bintang. This floor is the dinner worth crossing the Golden Triangle for, and it will not hold a late arrival out of politeness. Dewakan, the restaurant's own gloss, means food from God. The theology can stay in the name. What you need is the confirmation email and a car that knows Naza Tower, Platinum Park, not a vague request for KLCC.

While you're there

Mandarin Oriental on the KLCC park is the nearest serious hotel. Beta on Jalan Perak is the Bukit Bintang one-star if the week has a second dinner. Build in the car, especially once the afternoon rain starts.

Pro Tip: Take the six o'clock seating only if you can be in the Naza Tower lift on time. They need the table back at 8:45, and a late party spends the apology on the clock.

Best for
The two-star Malaysian dinner on the 48th floor of Naza Tower.
Pair with
A KLCC bed at Mandarin Oriental so the ride home stays short.
Season / timing
Dinner Monday to Saturday from six. Closed Sunday. Book before you fly.
