Endo Kazutoshi's ten-seat omakase counter at 8-9 Blacklands Terrace, Chelsea, in the townhouse Five Fields left when it closed in February 2025. The room opened on 1 October 2026, more than a year after the 6 September 2025 fire that closed Endo at the Rotunda in the Helios building at White City. The Rotunda's Michelin star, from the 2020 Guide for Great Britain and Ireland, does not move with him, and the Chelsea site had not been given a star of its own as of October 2026. Guests sit at a counter of 200-year-old hinoki shipped from Kyoto. The restaurant's site says November and December are fully booked and that it is not opening reservations past those months for the time being. Cancellations go to a waitlist. The kitchen cannot adapt the meal for coeliac, vegan, or vegetarian diets, or for a guest who does not eat tuna, rice, or soy, and it does not seat children under sixteen. Broadsheet reported Wednesday to Saturday sittings at 5:45 and 8:45, and The Intelligent reported £305 on opening day. Neither hours nor price are printed on endo-chelsea.com, so confirm both when the waitlist writes. Upstairs, Moga is a listening bar open to diners now and due to take its own bookings from December, with no day published. Sloane Square is a few minutes on foot.
